“The Ultimate Fighter” Season 7 veteran Matt Riddle will lock horns with unbeaten newcomer Greg Soto at UFC 111 “St. Pierre vs. Hardy” on March 27 at the Prudential Center in Newark, N.J. The UFC on Monday finalized an 11-bout lineup for the event.

Riddle, an Allentown, Pa., native now based in Las Vegas, suffered his first career defeat in November, when he succumbed to strikes against undefeated “The Ultimate Fighter” Season 9 semi-finalist Nick Osipczak at UFC 105. The 23-year-old wrestled collegiately at East Stroudsburg University in Pennsylvania. Riddle, just four fights into his professional mixed martial arts career, owns notable victories against International Fight League veteran Dante Rivera and American Top Team’s Steve Bruno.

A Kurt Pellegrino protégé, Soto enters his promotional debut with an unblemished record in seven professional appearances. The 23-year-old Brazilian jiu-jitsu brown belt has not competed since October, when he submitted IFL veteran Ray Steinbeiess at an Extreme Beatdown show in North Dakota. Five of Soto’s seven career victories have come by knockout, technical knockout or submission.

A welterweight title bout pairing champion Georges St. Pierre with British upstart Dan Hardy will headline UFC 111, along with a match pitting Frank Mir against the undefeated Shane Carwin for the interim heavyweight crown. The “St. Pierre vs. Hardy” lineup also includes a pivotal welterweight rematch between former title challengers Jon Fitch and Thiago Alves, plus a lightweight tilt pitting AMA Fight Club standout Jim Miller against BJJ black belt Mark Bocek. A bout pairing American Top Team’s Ben Saunders with Jake Ellenberger rounds out the main card.
