Lion Fight 25 Weigh-in Results: Parr, Alexandre, Baars, Jindrova All on Point

The Pechanga Resort in Temecula, Calif., will play host to Lion Fight 25 Friday night and the card, which will air live on AXS TV 10 p.m. ET/7 p.m. PT. Anchored by the super middleweight championship between John Wayne Parr and Cosmo Alexandre, the entire event will go on as planned as all the fighters on the main card made weight Thursday afternoon.

Parr (91-30) and Alexandre (51-17-1) have split a pair of fights between the two and Friday night will be the tiebreaker. With the Lion Fight belt on the line, both men came in looking in perfect shape and on the scale, neither disappointed.

Parr came in officially at 166.8 pounds and looking to add to his illustrious career accomplishments. His rival didn’t miss a beat, though, and weighed in four ounces lighter at 166.4 pounds.

The co-main event features a women’s welterweight title clash between champion Jorina Baars (37-0-3) and Martina Jindrova (49-13). Not to be outdone by the headlining men, both combatants came in ready to scrap. The champ tipped the scale at 143.2 pounds while her challenger came in at 144.8.
