Luke Barnatt and Roger Narvaez will attempt to bounce back from losses when the two middleweights square off at UFC Fight Night in Austin.
UFC officials announced the pairing on Wednesday. The bout joins a flyweight contest between Joseph Benavidez and Dustin Ortiz, as well as a women’s strawweight tilt pitting Paige VanZant against Kailin Curran on the Nov. 22 bill.
The UFC Fight Night card will take place at Frank Erwin Center in Austin, Texas.
Heading into UFC Fight Night “Munoz vs. Mousasi,” Barnatt had an undefeated record with three wins under the UFC banner. But following a controversial split decision loss against Sean Strickland, the 26-year-old will look to get back to his winning ways against Narvaez.
A former Legacy Fighting Championship competitor, Narvaez will be getting his first UFC fight with a full training camp. His debut came against Patrick Cummins at UFC Fight Night “Henderson vs. Khabilov,” where he lost via technical knockout. The loss was the only defeat in “The Silverback’s” career.
