Michael Page and Fernando Gonzalez are going to try this one more time.
After two previously failed bookings, the two welterweights will square off at Bellator 163 on Nov. 19 at the SAP Center in San Jose, Calif. Sherdog.com confirmed the matchup with a promotion official on Friday following an initial report from the Associated Press.
The two welterweights were initially supposed to meet at Bellator 151 before Page withdrew for undisclosed reasons. They were rebooked for Bellator 158 in London, but Gonzalez was unable to fight overseas due to visa issues.
The flamboyant Page is 11-0 as a professional, with all but one of his triumphs coming inside the distance. Most recently, he knocked out Evangelista Santos with a devastating flying knee at Bellator 158 that left “Cyborg” with a fractured skull.
Gonzalez, meanwhile, has won five straight fights since signing with Bellator in 2014, including a split-decision win over “The Ultimate Fighter 17” veteran Gilbert Smith in his last outing at Bellator 151.
