Former Bellator middleweight king Hector Lombard will attempt to halt a four-fight skid when he faces C.B. Dollaway at UFC 22 on March 3.
The promotion confirmed the pairing to the Las Vegas Review-Journal on Wednesday. UFC 222 takes place at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas and airs on pay-per-view. Ketlen Vieira is expected to face Cat Zingano on the card as well.
Lombard hasn’t officially tasted victory since a unanimous verdict over Jake Shields at UFC 171 in March 2014, although a win over Joshua Burkman at UFC 182 was overturned by the Nevada Athletic Commission due to a failed drug test. Since then, “Lightning” has fallen to Neil Magny, Dan Henderson, Johny Hendricks and Anthony Smith, with three of those defeats coming via knockout or technical knockout.
Dollaway, meanwhile, snapped a three-fight losing streak with a unanimous verdict over Ed Herman at “The Ultimate Fighter 25” finale on July 7. The Power MMA Team member is 10-8 during his promotional tenure.
