Middleweights Jack Marshman, John Phillips to Clash at UFC Fight Night London

Jack Marshman will lock horns with John Phillips at UFC Fight Night London on March 16.

Promotion officials confirmed the middleweight bout on Wednesday. UFC Fight Night takes place at the O2 Arena in London and will stream on ESPN+. A headliner for the event has not been announced.

Marshman enters the matchup having lost three of his last four Octagon appearances. Most recently, the 29-year-old Welshman dropped a unanimous verdict against Karl Roberson at UFC 230 on Nov. 3. “The Hammer” owns a 22-8 professional mark that includes 18 triumphs inside the distance.

Phillips is still looking for his first promotional victory after falling to Kevin Holland and Charles Byrd via submission in 2018. “The Welsh Wrecking Machine” is 21-8 with one no contest over the course of a career that includes stints in Cage Warriors and BAMMA.
