Myles Jury Returns After Year-Plus Hiatus, Meets Mike De La Torre at UFC 210

By Tristen Critchfield Mar 3, 2017

Myles Jury will return to the Octagon for the first time in more than a year when he locks horns with Mike de la Torre at UFC 210.

The Los Angeles Daily News first reported the featherweight contest. UFC 210 takes place at the KeyBank Center in Buffalo on April 8 and is headlined by a light heavyweight championship rematch between Daniel Cormier and Anthony Johnson.

The 28-year-old Jury last appeared at UFC on Fox 17, where he was submitted in the first round by Charles Oliveira on Dec. 19, 2015. “Fury” began his professional career with 15 straight triumphs — including six in the Octagon — before dropping consecutive fights to Oliveira and Donald Cerrone.

De La Torre, meanwhile, is 2-3 with one no contest during his tenure with the Las Vegas-based promotion. Most recently, the MMA Lab representative was submitted by Godofredo Castro at UFC Fight Night 95 on Sep. 24.
