NSAC Extends Temporary Suspensions for Those Involved in UFC 229 Post-Fight Brawl
Those involved in the post-fight melee following the UFC 229 headliner could have their fates decided in December by the Nevada State Athletic Commission.

All three men could face formal discipline at the commission’s next hearing on Dec. 10, the same date that Khabib Nurmagomedov and McGregor are slated to appear. The resolution of the case could also extend into January, however.
Danis, who competes under the Bellator MMA banner, was the target of Nurmagomedov when he jumped out of the Octagon after submitting McGregor at UFC 229. Danis reportedly taunted the lightweight champion with anti-Muslim insults, a claim the SBG Ireland representative has denied.
Tukhugov, meanwhile, was pulled from a proposed clash against Artem Lobov at UFC Fight Night 138 in Moncton, New Brunswick Canada on Oct. 27. The featherweight fighter posted a video on social media where he bragged about slapping McGregor “as promised.” While UFC President Dana White vowed to release all those involved in the brawl, Tukhugov remains on the promotion’s roster.
Nurmagomedov teammates Rizvan Magomedov and Esedulla Emiragaev were also listed on the initial NSAC agenda, but their cases were not addressed on Wednesday.
