Amanda Ribas will not make her Octagon debut at "The Ultimate Fighter 25” finale finale due to a potential anti-doping violation, the UFC announced Thursday.

Ribas’ positive test stems from an out-of-competition sample collected on June 7. As a result, the 23-year-old Brazilian was removed from a proposed strawweight clash against Juliana Lima on July 7. The Las Vegas-based promotion is currently seeking a replacement opponent for Lima.

As usual, USADA will handle results management and the appropriate adjudication of the case, and Ribas is entitled to a full legal process before any sanctions are imposed. Ribas has compiled a 6-1 mark since beginning her professional career in 2014. She has finished three of her wins by KO/TKO and two via submission.

The “TUF 25” finale takes place at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas and is headlined by a lightweight showdown between Justin Gaethje and Michael Johnson. The evening’s main card airs on Fox Sports 1.
