Gono, 33, posted on his blog Friday that pain in his right hand following his November bout with Tamden McCrory did not subside in training, prompting him to seek a medical opinion. Gono said a doctor ordered him to cease training, effectively ending his anticipated UFC bout with Fitch in Columbus, Ohio.
