Two new bouts have been added to UFC Fight Night 35, as Alptekin Ozkilic will face Louis Smolka and Jason High will meet Beneil Dariush at the Jan. 15 event.

UFC officials this week announced the bookings, which take place at The Arena at Gwinnett Center in Duluth, Ga. The Fox Sports 1-broadcast main card is headlined by a middleweight showdown between former Strikeforce king Luke Rockhold and Costas Philippou. High was initially supposed to face Adlan Amagov at the event, but “Borz” was replaced by Dariush for unknown reasons. The UFC’s first Turkish-born competitor, Ozkilic made his Octagon foray against Darren Uyenoyama at UFC on Fox 9, earning a split decision over the veteran to extend his winning streak to four fights. Smolka, meanwhile, has been perfect as a pro, scoring six stoppages victories and capping 2013 with a second-round knockout of Ale Cali to win the Pacific Xtreme Combat flyweight belt.

High has won back-to-back fights since stumbling in his UFC debut, submitting James Head with a guillotine choke before outpointing Anthony Lapsley on Nov. 16. In Dariush, High faces an unbeaten 24-year-old who has gone the distance just once in six pro outings. The Californian last competed on May 4, when he knocked out Jason Meaders in his fourth appearance under the Respect in the Cage banner.
