Pascal Krauss-Adam Khaliev Welterweight Bout Removed From UFC on Fox 10 Bill

A welterweight bout between Pascal Krauss and Adam Khaliev has been scrapped from the UFC on Fox 10 lineup, the promotion announced on Saturday.

No reason was given for either fighter’s withdrawal, bout a replacement fight is expected to be announced soon. UFC on Fox 10 takes place at the United Center in Chicago and is headlined by a lightweight showdown between Benson Henderson and Josh Thomson.

After winning his first nine fights outside the Octagon, Kraus is 2-2 in four UFC appearances. The Roufusport representative last appeared at UFC 164, where he suffered a first-round knockout loss to Hyun Gyu Lim.

Khaliev, meanwhile, was set to make his promotional debut after posting a 6-0 mark competing in his native Russia. The Red Fury Fight Team member won four bouts in 2012 but did not fight in 2013.
