Sherdog.com confirmed the pairing with a promotion official following an initial report from MMAjunkie.com. Additionally, Ryan Couture will face Haim Gozali in a rematch at lightweight, while Cindy Dandois will lock horns with Olga Rubin at featherweight.

The card takes place at Menora Mivtachim Arena in Tel Aviv, Israel, and will feature a featherweight championship clash pitting Patricio Freire against Emmanuel Sanchez.

Davis has won six of his seven appearances under the Bellator MMA banner, with his only setback coming to Ryan Bader via split decision in a 205-pound title bout. Most recently, “Mr. Wonderful” scored a third-round knockout of Linton Vassell at Bellator 200 on May 25.

An intriguing prospect from Russia, the 26-year-old Nemkov enters the matchup on a four-bout winning streak. Nemkov captured a signature triumph at Bellator 194, as he stopped ex-light heavyweight champ Liam McGeary with leg kicks 4:02 into the third round.

Couture has lost three of his last four in Bellator, but his lone win during that time was a clear-cut decision over Gozali at Bellator 180. Gozali has split a pair of bouts since that defeat, most recently dropping a three-round verdict to Jose Campos at Bellator 192.

Dandois has won four fights in a row since exiting the UFC following a loss to Alexis Davis in April 2017. Rubin, a native of Holon, Israel, has been victorious in her first four professional outings – including a second-round stoppage of Joana Filipa Magalhaes at Bellator 188.
