Hard left uppercut on the inside right before the bell for the Dominican. 10-9 Fortuna.

Round 11

Fortuna comes out and swarms his opponent, but not much of his storm lands cleanly. Vasquez is cut under his left eye but between rounds, referee Santiago ruled it caused by a headbutt. Fortuna continues to press the issue and flails away at Vasquez, who can only defend right now. They clash heads again and it rocks Vasquez; Santiago doesn’t see it and allows the fight to continue. They clinch, giving Vasquez time to recover. Fortuna continues to be all over him, but Vasquez is wise to clinch whenever he can. Vasquez finally comes alive with 30 seconds left, digging several shots to the body. They once again stand toe-to-toe for the final 15 seconds of the round, but nothing of significance lands for either man. 10-9 Fortuna.

Fortuna is on his feet much more, moving side-to-side, popping him with the jab. Vasquez is trying to pin him down, but Fortuna is slippery. They clinch, preventing Vasquez form getting any punches off. Good heated exchange with a minute left. Fortuna is starting to showboat late, drawing boos from the crowd.
