Promotional Video Released for Floyd Mayweather-Tenshin Nasukawa Bout at Rizin 14

There’s still plenty of skepticism regarding whether Floyd Mayweather will actually face Tenshin Nasukawa under the Rizin Fighting Federation banner on New Year’s Eve.

For now though, it’s full steam ahead for the Japanese promotion, which released a video hyping the matchup. Both Mayweather and Nasukawa appeared at a press conference on Sunday to announce the fight. The rule set and weight class for the proposed bout have yet to be determined.

Rizin 14 takes place at Saitama Super Arena in Saitama, Japan, on Dec. 31. Former UFC flyweight title challenger Kyoji Horiguchi is among those expected to fight on the card.
