Quinton Jackson has re-signed with the Ultimate Fighting Championship following three wins in Bellator MMA.
Meanwhile, a Bellator official told Sherdog.com that Jackson is in fact still “100-percent under contract” with the promotion. Later, Bellator President Scott Coker reiterated that point on Twitter.
Let us be clear that Quinton "Rampage" Jackson is under an exclusive contract with #BellatorMMA. We will protect our contractual rights

Jackson parted ways with the UFC following three straight losses to Jon Jones, Ryan Bader and Glover Teixeira. “Rampage” later signed with Bellator later in 2013 and was slated to face Tito Ortiz in his promotional debut, but an Ortiz injury nixed those plans. Instead, Jackson debuted against Joey Beltran at Bellator 108, winning via technical knockout. Since then, Jackson has fought twice more for the promotion, defeating Christian M’Pumbu and Muhammed Lawal.
After Jackson defeated “King Mo” in May, Bellator replaced CEO and founder Bjorn Rebney with Coker. Jackson has not been part of any upcoming fight announcements, as Bellator has already laid out the main events for its first three cards in 2015.
