Fox’s new sports network has struck broadcast deals with three major distribution partners, as Fox Sports 1 will reportedly appear on DirecTV, Dish Network and Time Warner Cable.

According to a report from the Los Angeles Times, FS1 should be available through all three distributors when the sports network premieres on Saturday, though the last terms of the contracts are still being finalized.

The FS1 debut coincides with UFC Fight Night 26, which takes place at the TD Garden in Boston and is headlined by a light heavyweight showdown pitting former champion Mauricio Rua against ex-title challenger Chael Sonnen. The event will also see heavyweight standout Alistair Overeem return to action for the first time in six months, when “The Demolition Man” takes on Hawaiian talent Travis Browne in the evening’s co-main event.

FS1 will replace Speed Channel in Fox’s lineup. Its sister network, Fox Sports 2, also launches Saturday and will supersede Fuel TV. The new networks are expected to carry all of Fox’s cable and satellite sports offerings, including NCAA football, soccer and the UFC.
