It is unclear exactly what type of vandalism Miller committed, but a conviction could lead to a prison term of up to four years for a parole violation. Last April, Miller accepted a plea bargain for a four-year suspended sentence from Orange County Superior Court Judge Robert Fitzgerald on multiple domestic violence charges. He also received three years’ probation for domestic violence incidents with three different women.
"Jason is a great guy and I love him like a brother," said Miller's
attorney, Cameron Talley. "It is incredibly sad to see these
continued police contacts, but I have faith he can straighten out
his life.”
After the guilty plea last year, Miller told reporters that he was “going to fly right.” The former “Bully Beatdown” host has a long history of trouble with the law, however.
Miller has had several altercations with law enforcement in recent years, including a 2014 incident in which he barricaded himself inside his house when police arrived to serve an arrest warrant for an alleged stalking. He was taken into custody after a live tweeting a SWAT standoff.
The following year, Miller was arrested for kicking and spitting at police officers after an incident at a restaurant in Laguna Beach, Calif. And in 2016, the 36-year-old fighter was arrested for spitting on a police officer following an argument with two females at a restaurant in Costa Mesa, Calif. In February, a jury acquitted Miller of domestic violence charges stemming from an alleged assault of his ex-girlfriend at his Mission Viejo home in 2013.
After a four-year hiatus from the sport, Miller made his MMA return at a Venator Fighting Championship event on May 21, 2016. After missing weight by 24 pounds, “Mayhem” was submitted in the second round by Mattia Schiavolin. The UFC, Strikeforce and Dream veteran owns a 23-10 career record that includes victories over the likes of Tim Kennedy, Robbie Lawler and Dennis Kang.
