Sage Northcutt Signs Exclusive Reebok Deal Ahead of UFC 200 Appearance
Since the inception of the UFC’s outfitting policy, a number of the promotion’s top athletes have signed exclusive contracts with Reebok.
With the partnership nearing its official one-year anniversary, those type of announcements have slowed of late, but Reebok recently added a prominent name to its stable, signing UFC lightweight star Sage Northcutt to a deal.

The Katy, Texas, native joins the likes of Conor McGregor, Ronda Rousey, Paige VanZant, Rory MacDonald, Chris Weidman, Johny Hendricks, Anthony Pettis and Joanna Jedrzejczyk as fighters who have individual Reebok contracts. While all fighters on the UFC roster are required to wear Reebok and are compensated for that based on a tiered payment system, those with exclusive deals are presumably paid more.
UFC has heavily promoted 20-year-old Northcutt since his promotional debut last October. Northcutt began his tenure with finishes of Francisco Trevino and Cody Pfister but was submitted by Bryan Barberena in his most recent outing at UFC on Fox 18.
@sagenorthcutt We're so happy to have you as part of #TeamReebok! Welcome, Sage! :facepunch:
