A bantamweight clash pitting Scott Jorgensen against Alejandro Perez has been added UFC Fight Night "Brown vs. Gastelum."
The promotion announced the bout on Friday. The UFC Fight Night event takes place at the Monterrey Arena in Monterrey, Mexico, on Nov. 21 and is headlined by a welterweight tilt between Matt Brown and Kelvin Gastelum.
After a 1-3 stint at flyweight, Jorgensen returned to 135 pounds this past July, when he dropped a unanimous verdict to Manny Gamburyan at UFC Fight Night “Mir vs. Duffee.” The World Extreme Cagefighting veteran has won just twice in his last nine outings, with his most recent triumph coming against Danny Martinez at UFC Fight Night in June 2014.
The winner of the initial season of “The Ultimate Fighter: Latin America,” Perez has split his first two Octagon appearances. After outpointing Jose Alberto Quinonez at UFC 180, “El Diablito” suffered a 23-second submission loss to Patrick Williams in his most recent outing at UFC 188.
