Showtime and Elite XC Announce Debut Fight Card

Adding to the previously-announced main event pitting Frank Shamrock (Pictures) and Renzo Gracie (Pictures), Showtime and Elite XC revealed eight bouts for their Feb. 10 mixed martial arts debut at the DeSoto Civic Center in Southaven, Miss.

Televised contests include Shamrock-Gracie; Antonio Silva (Pictures) taking to the cage versus Wesley Correira (Pictures) in a super heavyweight clash; quality middleweights David Loiseau (Pictures) and Joey Villasenor (Pictures) meeting for the first time; lightweights KJ Noons and Charles Bennett (Pictures) coming together for a potentially quick fight; and Gina Carano (Pictures) making her Showtime debut against a yet-to-be determined opponent.

The televised card kicks off at 10 p.m. EST/PST. Undercard contests will be streamed live via EliteXC.com starting at 7 p.m. EST.

Tickets for the 10-bout card went on sale today.
