Additionally, reigning bantamweight champion Bibiano Fernandes will square off against interim titlist Kevin Belingon in a title unification bout. The Singapore-based promotion announced the contests via social media.

The 22-year-old Lee is 9-0 as a professional. She last competed on May 18, when she took a five-round verdict over Mei Yamaguchi at One Championship “Unstoppable Dreams.” Lee has defended her 115-pound title three times.

Xiong enteres the matchup on an eight-fight winning streak. Most recently, the 30-year-old Beijing native scored a third-round knockout of Samara Santos Cunha on Sept. 8. “The Panda” is 13-1 as a pro, including nine wins via KO or TKO.

One of the top talents in the world at 135 pounds, Fernandes has compiled a 14-bout winning streak since 2011. “The Flash” has eight successful title defenses to his credit and is coming off a split verdict over two-division champion Martin Nguyen on March 24. He owns a first-round submission win over Belignon in January 2016. Fernandes is 22-3 over the course of his career.

Belingon has won six straight since that defeat to Fernandes. In his last outing, “The Silencer” outpointed Nguyen to capture interim bantamweight gold. He is 19-5 as a professional overall, with 11 wins coming inside the distance.
