Yushin Okami in a middleweight contest at UFC 69 in Houston.
Thiago grinded out a unanimous decision over newcomer
Jacob Volkmann at UFC 106 on Nov. 21 in Las Vegas. The Brazilian’s only career defeat came at the hands of
Jon Fitch, also an AKA product, at UFC 100 last July in Las Vegas. Thiago stopped Koscheck with first-round strikes at UFC 95 last February in London.
