Claudia Gadelha could be out for more than six months following her loss to Joanna Jedrzejczyk at “The Ultimate Fighter 23” finale.

The Nevada Athletic Commission recently released medical suspensions from the event, which took place at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas on Friday night. After a quick start, Gadelha faded down the stretch to drop a unanimous verdict to her “TUF” coaching rival, her second loss to Jedrzejczyk in the Octagon.

Gadelha must have her right thumb x-rayed to rule out a fracture or she will be out for 185 days. At a minimum, the Brazilian is suspended for 45 days with no contact for 30 days. Jedrzejczyk, meanwhile, emerged from the contest with a clean bill of health.

Fernando Bruno (knee) and Cezar Ferreira (foot) are also facing possible 185-day layoffs following their bouts at the “TUF 23” finale.
