Theodorou-Alvey, 6 Other Bouts Announced for UFC Fight Night in Ottawa

Ultimate Fighting Championship is quickly filling out the fight card for its trip to Ottawa, announcing seven bouts for the June 18 card on Tuesday.

The promotion’s first-ever trip to the Canada’s capital city will include Elias Theodorou vs. Sam Alvey at middleweight; Steve Bosse vs. Sean O’Connell at light heavyweight; Jason Saggo vs. Leandro Silva at lightweight; and Tamdan McCrory vs. Krzysztof Jotko at middleweight.

Additionally, Misha Cirkunov will face Ion Cutelaba at light heavyweight; Olivier Aubin-Mercier will meet Thibault Gouti at lightweight and Alex Garcia will take on Colby Covington at welterweight.

UFC Fight Night Ottawa takes place at The Arena at TD Place and is headlined by a welterweight showdown between former title challenger Rory MacDonald and Stephen Thompson. Donald Cerrone will lock horns with Patrick Cote in another 170-pound contest in the evening’s co-main event. The main card will air on Fox Sports 1 in the United States.
