Caol Uno at UFC Fight Night 21 in Charlotte, N.C., on March 31, and the American Top Team lightweight says he is hoping to make it the first step in a run toward the UFC 155-pound title in 2010.

Josh Neer, Tibau hopes to reestablish himself as a viable contender in the division. The fight will take place under the guidance of the North Carolina commission and will be subject to a rule that states there cannot be more than a 13-pound differential between weigh-in and fight-day weights. Tibau is known for cutting a tremendous amount of weight for his fights, and in this exclusive interview, he tells Sherdog.com that he is already preparing for the 13-pound rule.
