Tim Means will return to the Octagon for the first time since December when he faces Sean Strickland at UFC 202.

The Albuquerque Journal first reported the matchup. UFC 202 takes place on Aug. 20 at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas and is headlined by a rematch between Nate Diaz and Conor McGregor.

Means was supposed to face Donald Cerrone at UFC Fight Night in Pittsburgh on Feb. 21, but he tested positive for the banned substance ostarine in an out-of-competition drug screening on Feb. 3. Means initially faced a two-year suspension but it was reduced to six months by USADA when it was determined that the positive test come as a result of a tainted supplement.

Means last competed at UFC Fight Night 80 in Las Vegas, where he scored a second-round knockout of John Howard on Dec. 10. The FIT-NHB representative has won five of his last six fights in the Octagon.

Strickland, meanwhile, is coming off a split-decision triumph over English prospect Tom Breese at UFC 199 on June 4. The Californian known as “Tarzan” has won five of his first six bouts with the Las Vegas-based promotion.
