Two UFC 114 preliminary bouts will air live on Spike TV May 29 at 9:00 p.m. ET/6:00 p.m. PT during a one-hour broadcast prior to the event’s pay-per-view, the cable network announced on Tuesday.

Efrain Escudero will meet Dan Lauzon in a lightweight contest, while 170-pounders Dong Hyun Kim and Amir Sadollah will face off live from the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas.

Escudero, the winner of “The Ultimate Fighter 8,” rode a 12-fight win streak into his last outing against Evan Dunham at UFC Fight Night 20 last January, but was submitted in the third round by the Xtreme Couture fighter. Escudero holds recent wins over Cole Miller and Phillipe Nover.

Lauzon, the younger brother of UFC lightweight Joe Lauzon, will also look to rebound off a first-round submission loss to Cole Miller at UFC 108 in January that snapped the Massachusetts fighter’s eight-fight victory run.

The undefeated Kim, had quietly worked his way up the promotion’s welterweight ranks with wins against Jay Tan, Matt Brown, and T.J. Grant, who the Korean fighter decisioned at UFC 100 last July.

Sadollah, who won season seven of the Spike TV reality series, has only four professional bouts under his belt, but has shown a steady progression. Sadollah touts back-to-back victories against Phil Baroni at UFC 106 and Brad Blackburn at UFC Fight Night 20, both by unanimous decision.
