The two fighters who had the shortest nights in the Octagon at UFC 170 also took home the biggest paychecks.
UFC 170 took place at Mandalay Bay Events Center in Las Vegas and also saw Tristar Gym standout Rory MacDonald ($100,000) take a unanimous decision over Demian Maia ($64,000) in a featured welterweight tilt. Other top earners included Mike Pyle, who took home $96,000 for his third-round stoppage of T.J. Waldburger ($18,000), and bantamweight contender Raphael Assuncao, who collected $56,000 for outpointing Pedro Munhoz ($8,000).
