UFC 189 Weigh-in Results: Chad Mendes, Conor McGregor Cleared for Makeshift Headliner

UFC 189 “Mendes vs. McGregor” -- which airs live on pay-per-view at 10 p.m. ET/7 p.m. PT -- will also feature featherweight battle pairing Dennis Bermudez (146) with Alliance MMA rep Jeremy Stephens (*149.5), a welterweight tilt pitting Gunnar Nelson (169.5) against Brandon Thatch (170.5) and a bantamweight affair matching American Top Team’s Brad Pickett (136) with the unbeaten Thomas Almeida (136).
Two hours prior, Fox Sports 1 will carry four preliminary bouts: Matt Brown (171) vs. Tim Means (171), Mike Swick (170.5) vs. Alex Garcia (171), Cathal Pendred (171) vs. John Howard (170.5) and Cody Garbrandt (136) vs. Enrique Briones (136). The two remaining undercard matchups will stream to UFC Fight Pass at 7 p.m. ET/4 p.m. PT, as former Cage Warriors Fighting Championship titleholder Neil Seery (125.5) meets Louis Smolka (126) and Yosdenis Cedeno (155) faces Cody Pfister (156).
