Promotion officials announced the lightweight contest on Wednesday. UFC 203 takes place at Quicken Loans Arena in Cleveland on Sept. 10 and is headlined by a heavyweight title bout between Stipe Miocic and Alistair Overeem.

Taisumov has dispatched his last four foes in devastating fashion, scoring successive KO/TKO wins over Damir Hadzovic, Alan Patrick Silva Alves, Anthony Christodoulou and Marcin Bandel. “Beckan” is 5-1 in the UFC overall and 25-5 over the course of a professional career that began in 2007. Twenty-three of his victories have come inside the distance.
After a stint at featherweight, Lentz returned to 155 pounds at UFC on Fox 17, where he garnered a split decision against Danny Castillo. “The Carny” is 10-4-1 during his promotional tenure with wins over the likes of Manny Gamburyan, Hacran Dias, Diego Nunes and Tyson Griffin.
