The Ultimate Fighting Championship will be spending Super Bowl weekend in the city of the United States’ biggest annual event as UFC Fight Night 104 “Korean Zombie vs. Bermudez” will take place in Houston. The Toyota Center will be the venue and to say that mixed martial arts fans are excited about the main event would be an understatement.
Longtime fan favorite Chan Sung Jung will finally make his Octagon return after not competing in the sport for three-and-a-half years when he collides with Dennis Bermudez in the main event. “The Korean Zombie” is aiming to pick up where he left off as one of the best featherweights in the world and at Friday’s weigh-ins, the dominant grappler looked better than ever on the scale.
Jung came in on point as the South Korean officially weighed in at 145.5 pounds. Bermudez, who has won two straight bouts, looked equally as impressive when he scaled in; “The Menace” weighed 145.5, giving the card the expected green light.
UFC Fight Night 104 will begin live on UFC Fight Pass at 7 p.m. ET/4 p.m. PT. From there, the remained of the action will be aired live on FS1 starting at 8 p.m. ET/5 p.m. PT.
