The main card peaked at 905,000 viewers on two occasions ? once for the main event and earlier for the featherweight showdown between Dennis Siver and B.J. Penn. The UFC Fight Night main card also drew 427,000 viewers in the 18-to-49 adult demographic. Siver handed Penn, a former two-division champion, his fifth straight defeat with a majority decision triumph.
Meanwhile, the UFC Fight Night 112 prelims, which aired on Fox Sports 2, drew an average of 319,000 viewers. That portion of the card featured a lightweight scrap between Clay Guida and Erik Koch, which Guida won via dominant unanimous decision.
