Volatility has become a calling card for the Ultimate Fighting Championship heavyweight division, and Marcin Tybura may soon send figurative shares in his stock soaring.

Tybura checked in at 247 pounds ahead of his five-round battle with two-time Abu Dhabi Combat Club Submission Wrestling World Championships gold medalist Fabricio Werdum (249) in the UFC Fight Night 121 main event on Saturday at Qudos Bank Arena in Sydney. UFC Fight Night “Werdum vs. Tybura” -- which airs at 10 p.m. ET/7 p.m. PT on Fox Sports 1 -- will also feature a middleweight clash pitting Elias Theodorou (185) against Daniel Kelly (185), a 150-pound catchweight clash matching Alexander Volkanovski (149) with Shane Young (147) and a pair of welterweight tilts, as Tim Means (170) faces Belal Muhammad (170) and Jake Matthews (170) meets Bojan Velickovic (170).
