Andrei Arlovski, Gleison Tibau, Piotr Hallmann and Godofredo Castro pocketed $50,000 bonuses Saturday night at UFC Fight Night “Bigfoot vs. Arlovski 2.”
The event streamed live on UFC Fight Pass from Nilson Nelson Gymnasium in Brasilia, Brazil.
Arlovski closed out the evening in style, disposing of hometown hero Antonio Silva with a vicious knockout at 2:59 of their heavyweight headliner. The “Performance of the Night” award marked Arlovski’s first official post-fight bonus in 16 UFC bouts.
Tibau and Hallmann went blow-for-blow in the night’s lightweight co-main event, with Tibau emerging victorious on the scorecards via split decision despite a late surge from Hallmann. For their efforts, the pair earned “Fight of the Night” honors.
The show’s other “Performance” bonus went to undercard featherweight Castro. The Brazilian known as “Pepey” pulled off an impressive submission finish, forcing Dashon Johnson to tap to a mounted triangle-armbar combination at 4:29 of the opening round.
