Rafael dos Anjos, Jordan Mein, Thales Leites and Ben Saunders all took home $50,000 bonuses at UFC Fight Night “Henderson vs. Dos Anjos” on Saturday. As was the case at UFC Fight Night “Bisping vs. Le,” no “Fight of the Night” was named.
For dos Anjos, a win over Benson Henderson would have been equally as sweet had Zuffa not awarded the lightweight a $50,000 “Performance of the Night” bonus. The 29-year-old has bounced back from his loss against Khabib Nurmagomedov with two straight stoppage wins against Jason High and “Smooth.” While some MMA fans may argue for an early stoppage from McCarthy, it was quite evident dos Anjos buckled the knees of the former champion.

Leites picked up his seventh straight victory with a technical knockout win over Francis Carmont. As a result of the second-round win, the Brazilian walked away with a $50,000 “Performance of the Night” bonus. Leites pressed Carmont against the cage before rocking the Tristar Gym product with shots and earning the stoppage from John McCarthy.
For “Killa Bee” Saunders, his $50,000 “Performance of the Night” bonus came by way of omoplata submission in the opening round against Chris Heatherly at BOK Center in Tulsa, Okla. The style of finish marks the first time in Ultimate Fighting Championship history a bout has been ended with the maneuver.
