Easton, an 18-fight veteran, lost four consecutive bouts via decision under the UFC banner. His losses came against Raphael Assuncao, Brad Pickett, T.J. Dillashaw and Yves Jabouin. Prior to his most recent skid, “The Hulk” began his UFC tenure with three straight wins.

The Alliance MMA product has not been in action since June, when he competed at UFC 174. Easton sustained a thumb injury during the bout which the British Columbia Ministry of Community, Sport and Cultural Development required he have evaluated further.

Easton, 30, is currently slotted at No. 14 on the UFC’s official bantamweight rankings.
