After debuting in the Octagon with a split-decision triumph over Yves Edwards at UFC 156, Vallie-Flagg lost his last three outings with the Las Vegas-based promotion, dropping unanimous decisions to Elias Silverio, Takanori Gomi and Matt Wiman.

Brenneman, meanwhile, posted a 4-7 mark during two separate stints with the promotion. “The Spaniard” exits the UFC on a five-fight skid that began with a first-round submission loss to Erick Silva in June 2012. His most notable triumph came at UFC Live 4, where he outpointed Rick Story on short notice.
