Ultimate Fighting Championship’s early 2016 itinerary is beginning to take shape, as the promotion revealed several events set for the early part of next year during Wednesday’s edition of “UFC Tonight.”

All told, six dates were officially announced for the 2016 calendar, including a pair of pay-per-view cards. UFC 196 will serve as the organization’s traditional Super Bowl weekend card and is set for Feb. 6 in Las Vegas. Meanwhile, UFC 197 will take place on March 5 at a venue and location to be determined.

Additionally, UFC on Fox 18 will go down on Jan. 30, although no location was announced. The Las Vegas-based promotion typically holds one of its four Fox cards in January. This year, UFC on Fox 14 took place at Ericsson Globe Arena in Stockholm on Jan. 24.

Finally, dates for three UFC Fight Night cards were confirmed: Feb. 21, Feb. 27 and March 19. As previously reported, the Feb. 27 event will take place in London. No bouts were announced for any of the aforementioned events.
