Nick Diaz served less than two hours in jail for two separate DUI offenses, according to a report from TMZ.

Diaz was arrested in September 2014 on suspicion of DUI and destruction of evidence in Lodi, Calif. It was later revealed that the Strikeforce veteran was also arrested in 2013 for driving under the influence, driving under the influence with an alcohol or drug level above .08 and unsafe speed for prevailing conditions.

Diaz was sentenced to two days in jail after pleading no contest to the DUI in exchange for the other charges being dropped. He was credited for one day of time served from his initial arrest.

According to TMZ, the controversial UFC star turned himself in to the San Joaquin County Jail on Thursday at 10:11 a.m. PT, and Fox Sports later reported that the jail records showed that Diaz was released by 12 p.m. PT. Diaz is now free from his charges but must serve three years of probation and complete a DUI course.

Diaz last competed at UFC 183 on Jan. 31, when he dropped a unanimous decision to Anderson Silva. That verdict was later overturned to a no contest due to Silva testing positive for steroids after the bout. Diaz, meanwhile, tested positive for marijuana at UFC 183 and must still appear before the Nevada Athletic Commission.
