Leonard Garcia will square off with Daniel Pineda in the Legacy Fighting Championship 37 headliner on Nov. 14.
Garcia recently had a three-fight winning streak halted when he was submitted by Damon Jackson in a 145-pound title bout at Legacy FC 33 on July 18. Before he signed with the Texas-based promotion, “Bad Boy” had lost five consecutive fights inside the Octagon.
Another former Legacy featherweight ruler, Pineda exited the UFC on the heels of back-to-back losses to Diego Brandao and Robert Whiteford. The Houston native was 3-4 in the promotion overall, posting victories over Pat Schilling, Mackens Semerzier and Justin Lawrence.
