UFC on Fox 17 Weigh-in Results: Rafael dos Anjos, Donald Cerrone Cleared for Rematch

The stakes could not be higher for two of the Ultimate Fighting Championship’s premier lightweights.

Lightweight champion Rafael dos Anjos clocked in at 154.5 pounds ahead of his five-round title defense against Donald Cerrone (154.5) in the UFC on Fox 17 main event on Saturday at the Amway Center in Orlando, Fla. The heavyweight co-headliner between Junior dos Santos (239) and Alistair Overeem (243) was also given the green light at Friday’s official weigh-in.

UFC on Fox 17 -- which airs live on the Fox network at 8 p.m. ET/5 p.m. PT -- will also feature a lightweight battle pitting Blackzilians rep Michael Johnson (155.5) against Nate Diaz (156) and a women’s strawweight clash pairing Tristar Gym’s Randa Markos (116) with the unbeaten Karolina Kowalkiewicz (114.5).

Three hours prior, Fox Sports 1 will carry six preliminary bouts: Charles Oliveira (*150.5) vs. Myles Jury (146), C.B. Dollaway (185.5) vs. Nate Marquardt (186), Sarah Kaufman (136) vs. Valentina Shevchenko (134), Josh Samman (186) vs. Tamdan McCrory (185), Nik Lentz (156) vs. Danny Castillo (*156) and Cole Miller (146) vs. Jim Alers (145). The three remaining undercard matchups will stream to UFC Fight Pass at 3:30 p.m. ET/12:30 p.m. PT: Kamaru Usman (171) vs. Leon Edwards (171), Vicente Luque (171) vs. Hayder Hassan (170) and Luis Henrique Barbosa de Oliveira (248) vs. Francis Ngannou (254).

Castillo and Oliviera missed weight on their first attempts. Castillo successfully hit his mark minutes later. Oliviera will not attempt another trip to the scale and will be fined.
