Benson Henderson and Frank Mir took home the largest paydays at UFC on Fox 7, as both fighters earned $200,000 for their efforts at the HP Pavilion in San Jose, Calif., on Saturday night.
Elsewhere on the main card, Josh Thomson ($95,000) become the first person to knock out Nate Diaz ($15,000), finishing the Cesar Gracie pupil 3:44 into the second round with a head kick and follow-up punches. Matt Brown ($60,000) began the Fox-broadcast portion of the event with a second-round stoppage of Jordan Mein ($16,000).
Other high earners on the card included Joseph Benavidez, who garnered $66,000 for his second-round knockout of Darren Uyenoyama ($12,000) and Strikeforce import Jorge Masvidal, who received ($60,000) after defeating Tim Means ($10,000) via unanimous decision.
