The Windy City will be hosting an Ultimate Fighting Championship pay-per-view for the first time ever this year.

The Las Vegas-based promotion announced Saturday night that UFC 225 will take place at the United Center in Chicago on June 9. No bouts were announced for the event.

The UFC is no stranger to Chicago, as the city has hosted five UFC on Fox cards. Most recently, UFC on Fox 20 took place on July 23, 2016 and saw Valentina Shevchenko take a five-round verdict over Holly Holm in the evening’s main event.

The promotion did hold a pay-per-view near Chicago in 2008, when UFC 90 took place at Allstate Arena in Rosemont, Ill. In the main event of that card, Anderson Silva retained his middleweight belt with a TKO win over Patrick Cote.
