UFC to Unveil Athlete Health and Performance Program

On the heels of the Nevada Athletic Commission’s new, extremely strict drug policy that was revealed Friday, the Ultimate Fighting Championship is scheduled to unveil its new Athlete Health and Performance Program.
The Las Vegas-based mixed martial arts giant will hold a media gathering on Wednesday, June 3 at the Red Rock Casino Resort. Details of the new program will be introduced during the event, which is slated to begin at 2 p.m. ET/11 a.m. PT. It will be streamed live on UFC.com and will be open only to credentialed media.
Set to attend the media event will be UFC Chairman and CEO Lorenzo Fertitta, President Dana White, COO Lawrence Epstein and Vice President of Athlete Health and Performance Jeff Novitzky.
