UFC’s Early 2017 Slate Includes PPV Events in Anaheim, Brooklyn and Las Vegas

The Ultimate Fighting Championship’s 2017 itinerary is beginning to take shape, as the Las Vegas-based promotion revealed a handful of events for the upcoming year on “UFC Tonight.”

The organization’s first pay-per-view of 2017, UFC 208, will take place at the Honda Center in Anaheim, Calif., on Jan. 21. That card will go head-to-head with Bellator 170, which is headlined by a showdown between Chael Sonnen and Tito Ortiz in Inglewood, Calif., that same night.

Meanwhile, the promotion will return to the Empire State for UFC 209 at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn on Feb. 11. Finally, UFC 210 will go down in Las Vegas on March, although a venue was not announced.

Additionally, UFC on Fox 23 will take place on Jan. 28 in Denver, while Fight Night cards are scheduled for Feb. 19 in Halifax and March 11 in Brazil at a location to be determined. Previously announced Fight Night cards for 2017 include Jan. 15 in Phoenix, Jan. 4 in Houston and March 18 in London.

No bouts were announced for any of the events.
