Conor McGregor can sell a fight, but can he sell a chicken sandwich? Burger King seems to believe he can.

“From one king to another, this packs a real kick,” McGregor tells the “King” after taking a bite of the sandwich.
While McGregor continues to rake in endorsement money, the date for his UFC return remains unclear. The SBG Ireland standout has not officially been stripped of the lightweight title he won in November 2016, but that day could be drawing near. Interim champion Tony Ferguson will square off against Khabib Nurmagomedov in the UFC 223 headliner on April 7, and promotion president Dana White has vaguely stated that the bout is for the “real” belt.
McGregor has not seen action since losing to Floyd Mayweather via 10th round technical knockout in a boxing match on Aug. 26. He did, however, claim that he offered to step in against Frankie Edgar at UFC 222, an offer which White later confirmed.
