Video: Jorge Masvidal, Leon Edwards Trade Punches Backstage at UFC London
After vanquishing Gunnar Nelson at UFC London, Leon Edwards said he wanted to face the winner of Saturday’s main event. He probably didn’t realize it would happen so soon.

ESPN’s Laura Sanko reported that Edwards was cut during the exchange. It is currently unclear what type of disciplinary action the fighters may face. Masvidal defeated Darren Till via second round knockout in the evening’s headliner, while Edwards outpointed Nelson in the co-main event.
“I feel amazing after that. I’m on a seven-fight win streak in the hardest division in the world,” Edwards said shortly following his victory. “I’m really pleased with my progress. Right now I’m looking ahead to my next fight. I want to take on the winner of the next fight and make a statement.”
Neither Edwards nor Masvidal attended Saturday’s post-fight press conference as a result of the altercation.
