Micah Miller (Pictures) vs. Chance Farrar (Pictures)
Round 1
The fighters trade kicks to the legs and midsection through the early part of round one. Farrar put his head down like he was going to drop levels for a takedown when he was hit on the button by a Miller right hand. Two more rights rained down after Farrar was out. The official time is 1:39 of the opening period for Miller's knockout.

Yoshiro Maeda (Pictures) vs. Charlie Valencia (Pictures)
Round 1
Valencia came out throwing lots of combos and landing at will. Valencia continued to control through the halfway point of round one when the Japanese fighter landed a crushing left kick to the body. Valencia crumbled to the mat and the bout was called at 2:29 of the first frame.

Scott Jorgensen (Pictures) vs. Damacio Page (Pictures)
Round 1
Damacio Page started the first period strong, landing punches from the outside and heavy, digging body shots from the inside. Jorgenson changed the pace of the bout with a takedown, where he achieved side-control before a war of scrambles dominated the duration of the round. The fighters traded positions, with neither able to secure a dominant point before the horn sounded to end the round. Sherdog.com sees it 10-9 for Page.

Round 2
Page lands leather early in the second while Jorgenson searched for a takedown. Off a scramble, Page went for a standing rear-naked choke but Jorgenson escaped danger by slamming page to the canvas. Jorgenson landed two hard elbows shortly after. For the rest of the round, Page showed an offensive guard, going for a kneebar and several armbar attempts. Jorgenson did little in the round except the big slam and two elbows. 10-9 for Page.

Round 3
Jorgenson rushed across the cage and took Page down to get the action started in the final period. Page got to his feet but was ripped back down to the floor. Page, looking to get to his feet, nearly gave up his back before securing the top position, where he pounded away with punches and elbows. Jorgenson went high with his hips in search of an armbar, but Page had none of it. Page controlled from the top and dished out punishment for the final 3:30 of the contest. Sherdog.com scores the round 10-9 for Page (30-27), while the official judges saw the bout 29-28 (twice) and 30-27 for Damacio Page.

Del Hawkins (Pictures) vs. Coty "Ox" Wheeler
Round 1
Wheeler took a few shots on the chin before securing a takedown on Hawkins. Wheeler went for a kneebar but Hawkins escaped and did well to tie up "Ox" into a stalemate on the ground. Hawkins controlled from the top while Wheeler went for another leg lock from the bottom. Sherdog.com scores the opening period 10-9 for Wheeler.

Round 2
Amazing finish to this one. Hawkins started the second much like the opening round, throwing punches and landing combos. Hawkins went for a spinning-back fist that Wheeler timed perfectly, measuring the distance and scoring a body-lock takedown. Hawkins scrambled his way to the top position and stood up to his feet. Wheeler followed him, and jumped into a fight-ending flying armbar. The official time is 1:57 of the second frame.

Josh Grispi vs. Mark Hominick (Pictures)
Round 1
Grispi looked for takedowns throughout the first part of round one, but Hominick was cautious and and stayed out of harm's way. Just when Hominick had found his range with a right hand and a few other hard punches, Grispi got in close with a single-leg, and while Hominick was lazily stepping out of the hold, Grispi hopped on his back and secured a standing rear-naked-choke. Hominick tried to fight the hold but he fell backwards completely unconscious. The official time was 2:55 of the first.

Hiroyuki Takaya (Pictures) vs. Leonard Garcia (Pictures)
Round 1
Garcia and Takaya traded low kicks early on in the round. Garcia kept loading up winging right hands, and finally connected on one that sent Takaya backwards and to the canvas. Just when it looked as if Takaya were trying to stand, the referee stepped in and called a halt to the contest at 1:31 of the opening frame.

Manny Tapia (Pictures) vs. Antonio Banuelos (Pictures)
Round 1
Both bantamweights let go with their hands in the first minute, with neither landing flush until a Tapia uppercut found its target. Tapia landed another right hand and then ate a powerful Banuelos counter-right. Tapia landed a knee to the body that hurt Banuelos and caused him to the canvas in the turtle position a few seconds later. Banuelos got to his feet an briefly scored a takedown. Tapia got cracked by a right hand and went for a Kimura before getting back to his feet. Banuelos got busy near the end of the round.

Round 2
Flurries were thrown by both fighters as the second frame began, with Tapia getting the best of the exchange with a straight right and a left hook that knocked Banuelos off balance and to the canvas. Banuelos stood and landed a spinning-back elbow. Banuelos went to the clinch, were he sampled a Tapia elbow. Banuelos scored a single-leg takedown into Tapia's half-guard. Tapia got to his feet and fought off a front choke attempt. Tapia stalked Banuelos around the cage and landed a right hand lead and an uppercut. A left handed landed for Tapia as the bell rang.

Round 3
A overhand right and a straight left connected for Banuelos. Banuelos got a fast takedown and took half of Tapia's back with one hook. Tapia cleared Banuelos' legs and stood to his feet. With 90 seconds remaining in the bout, Tapia found his range with two right hands and a left. Banuelos answered with a right and some shots to the body as time expired.

The official judges see the bout 30-27 Tapia, 29-28 Banuelos and 28-28 for a split draw. A score correction is announced minutes later with a tally of 29-28 for Tapia instead of the split score. Manny Tapia takes the split-decision.

Miguel Torres (Pictures) vs. Chase Beebe (Pictures)
Round 1
Low kicks landed for both fighters early. Torres landed a hard right and a head kick that dazed Beebe. The champion shot in for a takedown and immediately had to defend a Torres armbar attempt. Torres passed an arm and went high with his hips in search of a triangle, but Beebe saw it coming and backed out. Torres went for a shoulder lock and transitioned to an omaplata. After Beebe escaped, an amazing sequence played out: Torres went for a D'Arce and then finished Beebe with a reverse rear-naked choke. Very impressive performance by Miguel Torres. The hold was actually a modified guillotineas Torres went from the top to his back.

The WEC announced Paulo Filho versus Chael Sonnen (rematch) and Doug Marshall versus Brian Stann for their next event.

Jamie Varner (Pictures) vs. Rob McCullough (Pictures)
Round 1
Varner landed a left hand and seconds later quickly took the champion down with a fast double-leg takedown. From half-guard, McCullough escaped to his feet but was dragged back to the canvas. Varner briefly had McCullough's back, but could not secure his second hook, which allowed "Razor" to get back to his feet. Varner shot in twice but the champion was game in stuffing both attempts. He answered a third shot with a hard knee to the body. Varner, looking tired, landed a hard right hand. McCullough scored with a hard left kick to the body and a right hand before the round ended.

Round 2
A right hand from Varner found its target. McCullough started the second round gun-shy as he throws only jabs and limited low kicks through two minutes. The crowd began to let the fighters hear it with boos due to lack of action. Varner started to piece together some decent boxing work as he went to the head and body. The uneventful round ends with a low kick from the champion.

Round 3
A right hand from McCullough knocks Varner's mouthpiece out in highlight fashion. Stunned, Varner called a timeout to retrieve the mouth guard and referee Steve Mazzagatti allowed it. Varner went to the body with a digging right hand. Varner countered a low kick with a right hand that hurt the champion. A follow up left sent him to the canvas for the first time. McCullough bounced back up but another right hand sent him back down. The champion tried one last time to get to his feet, but was put away for good with a left and a right hand. The end came at 2:54 of the third frame.

Carlo Prater (Pictures) vs. Carlos Condit (Pictures)
Round 1
Condit attacked Prater's legs with kicks before the challenger caught a knee strike and scored a takedown. Condit showed good leg work in getting back to full guard, where he went for an unsuccessful armbar. Condit then locked on a deep guillotine choke, which took several tense seconds for Prater to escape. Condit, showing an offensive guard, went for a triangle before going back to the guillotine, which forced the challenger to submit at 3:48 of the first.
