WSOF 12 Salaries: Elvis Mutapcic ($20K), Luis Palomino ($18K) Top Payroll

Elvis Mutapcic may not have been the main attraction at World Series of Fighting’s event last Saturday, but “The King” nonetheless took home the evening’s largest paycheck.

Mutapcic earned $20,000 for his unanimous decision win against Kelvin Tiller ($5,000) on the main card of WSOF 12 at Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas. The Nevada Athletic Commission on Monday disclosed the card’s payroll information to

The show’s next highest earner was lightweight headliner Luis Palomino, who banked $18,000 for his first-round knockout of Lewis Gonzalez ($7,000). Co-main event winner Ronny Markes took home $16,000 and a unanimous decision after three rounds with late replacement Cully Butterfield ($3,000).

Note: The disclosed purses reported by state athletic commissions do not include any performance-based or discretionary bonuses that may be awarded to a fighter by the promotion. Additionally, the reported figures do not reflect any deductions made by the commission for taxes, insurance, etc., and do not include any sponsorship money that a fighter may acquire for their performance.
